FINDING THE PERFECT SIZE - Our bra liners are designed to run from either side of your chest rather than all the way around. To determine your size, measure the distance between your arms going beneath the breasts, essentially half your bra size. Please see the image of “How to Measure” and the image of the sizing chart. Just divide your normal bra band size in half and round down to the nearest size in the chart.

These incredible sweat-wicking bra liners come four to a package, and each one is a different elegant color, so that you can match them to a wide variety of bras, like support bras, formal bras, sports bras, strapless bras, plunge bras, calconette bras, soft cup bras, and triangle bras. With four liners in every package, you won't have to wash them as frequently.

The organic cotton bra liner is held in place by the tension of the bra or the weight of the breasts, and it wicks sweat, eliminates discomfort and chaffing and makes wearing bras a far more comfortable experience.

The package for these bra liners is a large zippered bag with an elegant and simple design. While you can certainly store your liners in it in a long-term way, it’s intended to be useful in other capacities, whether as a travel packing bag for underwear, socks, bras, or other sundry items, or for any other regular purpose.

In addition, every package comes with a zippered, delicates laundry bag. Because these are machine wash gentle, we want to make sure that you have the supplies you need to take care of them in a long term way. Make sure not to use bleach or fabric softener and to let them air-dry.

Our bra liners are designed to run from either side of your chest - not all the way around. To determine which size you need, measure the distance between your arms going beneath the breasts. This should be essentially half of your bra size. Please see the image of “How to Measure” and also the image of the sizing chart to match the length to the correct. Note that typically you can take half of your bra-band size (so if you wear a 42D, that size is 42) and divide it in half (21) to get your bra liner size, and round down (so this would be a Medium).

The band is approximately 2” wide, increasing to approximately 4" in the front center of the band.
