High school teacher and coach Phil Gibson arrives in his classroom to find a dead body of a former student, former colleagues after him, and police investigating him. Another body is found in the hills above town by the old tunnel, and everyone is wary and suspicious as he embarks on a new phase in his coaching career. Kids are growing up fast in this privileged community; drug and alcohol use seem rampant and Phil's interactions with students raise eyebrows while at the same time providing him with support.
