Having taken the leap out of her apartment and into an ice cream truck with a loft bed, Katie Thorne is loving her nomadic lifestyle. Most of her summer was spent sprinkled around the great state of Maine with her cat, Jaspurr, but she is ready to pack up her generator and give New Hampshire a try. Wanting to avoid the hustle and bustle of a big city, Katie is drawn to an area known as the Upper Valley.
