After studying at art school in Bern, he trained as a graphic artist. Since then he has published more than 60 books, which have been translated into about 65 languages and have won many international awards. He lives with his family in Bern. David Henry Wilson was born in London in 1937. As well as being a translator, he is a playwright and children’s author, best known for his Jeremy James books. He lives in Somerset, England, and has two surviving children and three grandchildren.
