Beautiful story and wonderful author March 13, 2025 Great book and a wonderful new author for me! I love Valerie Buchanan's writing style. She writes from her heart and soul and develops the story and characters in a very meaningful way. I will definitely be reading all of her current and future novels. The setting in this book on a houseboat was perfectly described. I felt as I was right there! The story line kept my interest from beginning to end. I felt very involved in the challenges that the characters were experiencing and how they resolved their situations. The author presented some very important life lessons such as forgiveness and friendship for the reader to experience and grow from. As an avid reader who loves music, the musical element in the story was an extra bonus. I loved this book very much! I absolutely loved this story! I melted right into the main character, Sarra Wilcox — the author did a brilliant job creating a character I wanted to be friends with at the end of the book.
