Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. This product contains less than 100 ppm of SO2. The color of the concentrate is a rich purple and is 68 brix. The average single strength is 22.0 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:3, yielding roughly 1.0+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. Pinot Noir Red Grape is an excellent ingredient for making wine and flavorful grape drinks.
