Place on top of pie crust before baking, and leave on pie throughout cooking time. Allows pie to rise in the middle, to prevent spillage and crust from burning. Fits pies from 9.5″ – 10″/24cm – 25.5cm. Made of aluminum. Hand washing is recommended.
