PURPOSE: Lateral file bars for Herman Miller Meridian series lateral file cabinets so they can use hanging folders for filing.

FUNCTION: These are the steel rails that the folders hang on for side-to-side filing.

CABINET MODEL: MR66XX series bars fits the new "Turn Key Lock Style" Herman Miller Meridian lateral file cabinets. NOTE: these will not fit the older "Push Lock Style" Meridian cabinets or the older Herman Miller "Non-Meridian" cabinets. See our drawings to verify your slot style & dimensions.

FEATURES: An improved version of the original file bar with specifications that exceed the Herman Miller design. The bars will not twist or bend under a full cabinet load of paper as it will with other generic "knock-off" brands (especially the 42" models). Our parts fit and perform with the full functionality and durability of the original factory part - we guarantee it!

LENGTH: To determine size, measure your file drawer from left-to-right down inside where the hanging folders reside. See the drawing labeled "A" Dimension & match your measurement to the cabinet length. NOTE: file cabinets sizes are based on their outside dimensions (from side-to-side). File bar actual lengths are slightly shorter to allow space for the slide bearings

INSTALLING: Insert one end of the bar at a time into the slots on the drawer wall just like the original bar.
