The design cover is very original! So much so that I just bought 3 more of different designs for future use. I hate and never use wire-bound notebooks, cause they get in the way when writing on the left side of the page and are easily disfigured. That is why I prefer these kind of notebooks, and this one is perfect! At the moment, I have one of these for academic and use and one for personal use, and I've yet to find any disadvantages for using this notebook in either realm.
