Sarah Taylor Vanover, EdD, has worked in the field of early childhood education for more than twenty-four years, serving as a teacher, director, trainer, and college professor, as well as the director for the Division of Child Care in Kentucky, supervising Child Care and Development Block Grant funding and creating child-care policy. She is currently the policy and research director for Kentucky Youth Advocates where she focuses on early childhood education policy and research on positive outcomes for young children.
