This Ordinary Journal was designed to give you an easy tool to help you develop consistent habits to help you in your discipleship journey. Each day is filled with prompts to help you better understand and apply Scripture and to organize your prayers, praises, thoughts, feelings, and goals. Begin each day by recording the date and the passage of scripture you read, writing out a verse or short section of scripture from the passage you read. Writing a short summary of the verse and an application for how it should impact you. The journal also includes prompts to help you to grow in gratitude, to praise the Lord, and to pray specifically. Finally, use the bottom section to track your daily 7STRONG goals, to monitor your feelings and attitude, and to list your daily priorities. Why 7-STRONG? 7-STRONG has one primary objective: to help you be stronger and more resilient today than yesterday. 7-STRONG is a series of habits to help you get a little stronger and is an excellent tool for pursuing holistic health in your Christian journey: (1)Read God's word. (2) Spend five minutes in silent prayer. (3) Be around people who want what's best for you. (4) Eat healthy foods. (5) Sleep seven to eight hours every night.
