The workbook is not meant to be used by itself! Overcome Addiction by God's Grace: 12-Steps to Freedom Workbook , created to aid the guidebook, Overcome Addiction by God's Grace: 12-Steps to Freedom . It is not meant to be used alone, so please do not purchase this without first purchasing the guidebook. After you have read the guidebook and are ready to work on the steps, this workbook will help you layout the foundation for your freedom from addictive behaviors. There are chapters and steps in this workbook that will be worked on over a span of time; therefore, you will be adding to a section at the right time. Some of them will have room for you to write out a statement or prayer so that you can read it out loud over yourself. You will also add to them as you change how you see yourself as you become free. Both books are part of the 12-step program, Addiction-Free Life , otherwise known as AFL. AFL is a Christ-centered fellowship where you can learn to overcome addictive behaviors by applying biblical principles through God’s Word. This workbook, along with the Guidebook, will help you to: Grow in your faith and live a life addictive free - Learn God’s Word - Be an overcomer and have self-worth - Walk over the hurdles that are in your way - And much, much more! Most importantly, it will help you realize that you can have a brighter future just because you have made some mistakes. Take the journey to freedom and see if this path is not suitable for you. Along the way, you will discover who you are. Freedom is just around the corner! If you are looking for help, don't know where to turn, or have tried transitional 12-step programs, look no further. This book and the workbook will get you where you need to be, FREE from addictions. It helped me! The best part is that this book was designed not just for the drug or alcohol addict; it is written for any addiction. -Looche I wrote this book to help addicts from all areas of addiction. I followed the same techniques found in the steps for over twenty years, and now live free from addictions. My hope is that my life experiences will inspire those struggling with addictions to find the truth and follow my lead to hope, peace, and forgiveness through my testimony and the program. The 12-step program can be used with just the guidebook, but not the workbook. If you haven't received the guidebook, you can add it to your cart by clicking on my name, Anthony Ordille , in the title above to go to the author central page. From there, click on the book. If you haven't done so, click "Follow the Author" to keep up with any changes. Thank you, and hope you find complete freedom from your addiction because life is so much better, clean and sober. God bless! Anthony Ordille was born in Hammonton, New Jersey, to a truck driver and a stay-at-home mom, with three brothers and two sisters. He attended Catholic school, then graduated from a public high school in 1976. Anthony walked away from serving God as a teen, becoming rebellious and hateful. He lived a destructive life filled with alcohol, drugs, lying, cheating, stealing, adulterous acts, and rock 'n roll until he was thirty-two when he entered a rehab that introduced him to 12-step programs. At forty-one, he struggled with alcohol again until he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ on October 9, 1998. Anthony wrote an autobiography, published in 2013. Since then, he has authored books on addiction and developed a Christ-centric Biblical 12-step program. Beyond addiction, Anthony has written several other helpful non-fiction and fiction books for Christian life, including one that would help Christians read the Bible in a year. Upon returning to God, he completed the Associate Degree Program of Christian Studies (ACS) and Bachelor's Degree Program in Church Ministry (BCh.M). Anthony completed all his certifications to be a licensed minister from the Sure Foundation Theological Institute. On March 18, 2013, he was ordained in the Deacon Ministry with Gateway Church, Southlake, Texas. Anthony, a father of two with one adopted son, now resides in Dalzell, South Carolina, with his son, Jarred, and is actively involved at Christ Community Church. He hopes his life experiences will inspire those struggling with addictions to find the truth and follow his lead to hope, peace, and forgiveness through his testimony and the program.
