BOND SKIN TO SKIN: PVC Laminator Adhesive is a lower viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system designed for laminating unmilled PVC sheets and boards. 15 MINUTE OPEN TIME: PVC Laminator is a moderate cure speed two-component product with an open time of 15 minutes at 70º F after mixing. It is ready to handle in 45 minutes and may be cut and machined in 1 Hour. EXCELLENT ADHESION: PVC Laminator cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength in excess of the PVC. Our Laminating Grade System is so strong, it appears to weld the PVC together. EASY TO APPLY: PVC Laminator is easy to apply and is impact resistant with extremely high peel strength. Its lower viscosity provides greater flow-out with less clamping pressure to insure a thin, void free bond BONDS TO PLASTICS & METALS: The PVC Laminator has excellent adhesion to plastics & metals, and aluminum used in core bonding applications. The Laminator Laminating Grade Adhesive is a lower viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system designed for laminating unmilled PVC sheets and boards. The Laminator Adhesive is a moderate cure speed two-component product with an open time of 15 minutes at 70º F after mixing.
