Made with waterproof 420 Denier Polyester with PVC coating. All products come with foam filled polyurethane inside, density of 22KG/M3, ILD of 80. Imported Used for ALL Posture and Alingment Therapy Methods and Exercises like Pain Free At Sea Therapy, PTX Therapy, in standing, sitting, kneeling, hands and knees and lying down positions. It assists with lengthening, flexing, strengthening and realigning the spine and joints, bringing symmetry and balance to the body, reducing and preventing injuries. If you are feeling dedicated and devoted to healing the root cause of your pain, you are going to have several corrective exercise routines which you will be needing to do. Many exercises use two small blocks like Floor Block, Hand Leg Opposite Blocked. Others use the Large Foam Block for periods of time, so the Prism Glasses are added, giving us the ability to watch a favorite TV show or read while lying on our back, without straining & hurting our neck
