Wilkes-Barre, PA may not be Bedford Falls but it is a great place to lead a wonderful life. It may not be Mayberry, but it is my hometown and it is the hometown of Papa Joe Linsky, & Jeanne Linsky, Fiona the Calico Cat, and Sadie the Cat. It is also the home of John and Carol Stett, adopted parents of Sadie the Cat, who claim best friendship with the Linskys and who also take credit for being the only next-door neighbors to the Linskys Wilkes-Barre is the setting for this light-hearted and warm-hearted story of a great and humble man, part of a great couple and their life with their children and their many adopted dogs over the years. This of course was followed by their recent love for a cat named Fiona and then her five kittens. One of these kittens is Sadie, about whom your humble author has already written a whole book. You are going to love the story of Papa Joe Linsky in this book as well as the dog stories and the cat adventures highlighted within. First adopted by a Dog Family, the Linsky family could have been a perfect subtitle as absolutely no preparations were ever made by Papa Joe or his wife Jeanne for even one cat, let alone a family of cats living in the home of a dog family. This book, and the Fiona Cat book as well as the Sadie Cat Book are true. They star Papa Joe Linsky, and a bunch of dogs and the cats. There are some name changes that have been made to protect the innocent. Ahem! And, of course there is some harmless filler used to tell the stories even better than otherwise. Moreover, they really did happen and they happened in my hometown, Wilkes-Barre, PA. You are going to like this book. Will all of these stories end well? After this buildup, they better. I am a witness to the story. I wrote this book because the facts got to me. Thank you for reading it as it could only happen in a great town such as Wilkes-Barre, PA. And it did!
