- ABOUT THE ARTIST -
Régis Manset - Régis Manset was a French illustrator and lithographer. He has provided cover art for Le Figaro Illustré (1930s) and drew the 'Mr. Myope' comic strip for Point de Vue in 1945. Throughout the 1940s, he has made many lithographs. In the 1950s he has done advertising art, among others for Air France. His distinctive style shows resemblance to that of present-day artists like François Avril and Dupuy & Berberian.
