- Remove the battery insulator to activate.
- Remove the protective film from the screen.
- The screen may have faint background digits at the start, this is normal and they will disappear aftera few uses.

To prevent accidental movements being counted as steps, the pedometer will start counting after 8 consecutive steps have been taken, Starting the count at 9 onwards.
This means that the screen will not show an increase in your step count untill your 9th step, after which it will automatically increase by 9 steps, then increase with each step taken. We recommend walking at least 15-20 steps before checking your pedometer.

RESETTING THE PEDOMETER
Remove the clip if attached to access the RESET button. Press & hold the RESET button for 4-5 seconds.The screen will flash 3 times and then automatically reset to "0".
