Our 47% cocoa semi-sweet chocolate has a reddish cast and a fruity, winey flavor note. Storage: Product should be stored in a cool dry area which is free of any foreign odors. Ideal storage conditions are at 55 to 65 degrees F with less than 50% relative humidity. Melting Instructions: Place into a plastic or glass bowl. Put the bowl into the microwave and melt for 15 to 20 seconds. Remove and stir well to ensure the temperature is evenly distributed. Repeat this process until the product has almost all melted. Stir the remaining solids until a slightly thickened, even liquid is obtained. Each break-up bar measures 3.5" x 1.75" x 0.5".
