It was just for my son and myself at the time- but when one of his friends offered to buy a jar with his allowance, I decided I'd start sharing it with you lovely lot. It all starts off with the world famous Hi-Oleic Peanut, grown in Kingaroy, Australia. These nuts are full of REALLY good proteins, fats, and oils- so they don't oxidize like your usual peanut. We bring them over to us here in New Zealand in huge containers, where we expertly inspect/roast/squish every one of them. Quickly too, you'll notice the difference. This year I opened Pic's Peanut World. It's a humongous custom built peanut butter factory- built around tours.
