ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Norah Hussein (b. 1991) is an author of Kurdish origin, but grew up in Europe, as a result of political persecution against her parents. She went on a life-changing trip to Greece in 2018, after which she subsequently sold her apartment and quit her job to pursue her dream of becoming a writer. She published her debut book 'Poetic Pulse' in 2021 and has since performed with her poems and given public speeches about her life.
