And the first print page are indicated if they are different with the reprint's. Fourth, the name's first character's four corners number are indicated. The name's first character in the index are arranged according to postscripts for readers who are not familiar with four-corner number. Fifth, the missing character of the name are replaced with whose four-corner number is 6000.
