That spark evolved into Let's Food with Tiffany, a cooking club that continues to invite fans into her kitchen and celebrate her Lebanese roots alongside flavors she has collected from years on tour. She went on to create a Spice Trio: Rockstar Za'atar, Hip Hop Harissa, and Let's Taco Taco Taco. With Poptails, developed in collaboration with celebrity mixologist Rob Floyd, she extended her lifestyle brand into cocktails. Beyond food and drink, Tiffany launched Radikal Redz, a boutique of clothing and accessories that captures her fearless, expressive style. Chef Alicia's lifestyle brand began with Dink Cuisine, a food and entertainment platform built around right-sized cooking for two. Through dinkcuisine.com, she has reached audiences in more than 100 countries, inspiring couples, roommates, empty nesters, and duos of all flavors to cook smaller, and smarter. Her Distilled Spices line grew from a playful tequila salt gift at a SAHARA Las Vegas popup into a full collection of spirit- inspired blends. Flavors like Limoncello Pepper, Manhattan BBQ, French Onion, and Pomodoro can be found in international airports, regional retailers, and in kitchens across the country. Distilled Spices inspired a wholesale line of elevated bar snacks, featured at resorts and properties on the Las Vegas Strip. Chef Alicia has authored three cookbooks: Italian Cookbook for Two, Vegetarian Ketogenic Cookbook for Beginners, and Food With Spirit. Each title reflects her blend of practicality, playfulness, and storytelling through food.
