ElectroNet is an electrifiable, prefabricated portable mesh that arrives at your door as a complete fence. Posts are preinstalled at set intervals. Strong plastic struts reduce sagging between posts. Multiple rolls may be connected together. Used to keep sheep, goats, guard dogs in while keeping out stray dogs and coyotes. Can also be used for cattle and domestic hogs. Not recommended for use with poultry or other small animals. Features 9 horizontal strands (8 electrified). Lowest horizontal strand is not electrified to prevent fence grounding. PVC posts with 6" single metal spikes are built into the mesh every 12.5 ft. MUST BE PROPERLY ENERGIZED TO BE EFFECTIVE! Energizer is not included. Warning! Do NOT use continuous output energizers with electric netting. A white prefabricated 164 ft fence that has 9 horizontal twines (8 conductive); is 35 inches tall installed, and has large white plastic vertical struts every 12 inches to reduce fence sag. White PVC posts are built into the mesh every 12.5 ft. PVC posts are .51 inch diameter with a 6" single metal spike at the bottom to insert into the ground. The result, when energized properly, is a nearly impenetrable mesh to sheep, goats, coyotes and dogs. Not recommended for use with poultry or other small animals. Must perform routine vegetation maintenance to minimize grass/weed load, as it will drain the energy from the fence if touching the live strands. Multiple rolls of netting may be connected together. Acceptable levels of electric conductivity on the fence can be difficult when low soil moisture conditions are present. If dry soil conditions occur frequently, a Pos/Neg (P/N) version of netting fence is strongly advised. FENCE MUST BE PROPERLY ENERGIZED TO BE EFFECTIVE.Electric fence is meant to be a pain barrier and not a physical barrier. Energizer is not included. Recommend approximately .25 joule of energizer per roll of fence. Use only low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizers. Warning! Do NOT use continuous output energizers with electric netting. For optimum results, we recommend using a Solar or AC/DC energizer that fits your specific needs. Recommend using non-conductive support posts at ends corners or major directional changes to maximize fences effectiveness. We prefer using support posts versus guy-lines at the fence corners, as they do not require removal when mowing and trimming around the fence..
