She wrote and illustrated "Princess Katie and the Fairy Tea Party" in 2016 when she was 8 years old and in second grade. Her mother scanned the pictures and helped Katie publish the book over summer vacation in 2016. Katie loves writing, coloring, playing dolls, gymnastics, and wearing her hair in pig tails. Above all, she loves to play with other little girls. Since she has two brothers and no sisters, Katie is lucky to have several neighbor girls to play with. Katie's favorite colors are pink and aqua. She never plays video games, and she never wears black or brown. Although Katie loves beautiful princess dresses, you will most likely find her wearing her pink and aqua gymnastics leotard, "leo." When she isn't playing dolls in her pink castle made from a refrigerator box, pretending to be a fairy exploring different countries, or coloring a book, Katie is probably outside doing cartwheels.
