Sharon Romm, MD came to Harborview as an adventure, planning to stay a year, and remained for two decades. As Medical Director of the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, she cares for patients significantly impaired with mental and physical illness and has the satisfaction of seeing many stabilize.
