Even though we claim to be a superficial human allegedly exalt ourselves impervious from all those whips. Nevertheless, the gashes did mount and creep inside in our skin. This is upon ourselves to scavenge those termites out to trample their festivities over our gashes. This is us, this is just us, who can wrest these prodigious manipulators roots out of the gashes and toss them away from our lives. However, tossing the termites out of the wooden house does not mean that we are safe to prevail in our world. Instead, we need to fortify our defences even much louder this time. This book claims to be a sanctuary, a band-aid for the gashes and shredded souls. Enlightening imperative precautions and sprawling awareness can notify the symptoms as soon as possible. The stinging web of psychological disorder which I have explained in my book are the most common diseases we are facing in our society. To subdue them, we need to continue working as one unit.The only reprisal a survivor can take is to combat to fix it. Yes, I say that this is not an easy task because we have been through a lot when confronted with this deceptive manipulation. It is not a healthy purpose of life to take revenge on it. You have made it to a happier future, no matter what is an achievement in itself. You should stand in front of your room mirror and see the dark blots returning to usual and pound your proud fist in the air with the words, "I have survived you sucker!". This is indeed the best vengeance.I want to offer some tips that helped me not to exploit or protect myself from the abused, angry assaults of these suckers.
