Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”Jesus promises rest for our souls. But what does rest look like? It is much more than lying down for a nap. The word ‘yoke’ in this passage means a way of life.
