A loner by nature, Kennedy Hughes preferred the company of her pets rather than entertaining people. When she answered a midnight call to accept an orphaned bunny, she didn’t anticipate the bunny would show up with an orphaned child in tow. Danger followed the young girl, compelling Kennedy to keep the child safe until the mystery surrounding her could be untangled.
