Large 11 1/2 x 9" book with many full color pictures. When I sit out to write a book to accompany this exhibition, the first person I actually thought about was Ramses the first, who ruled Egypt for only about two years. Ramses the first son became king after him as Seti I. Siti had a son of his own, named named Ramses in honor of the boy's grandfather. This young man became a royal prince when his grandfather took the throne. He will grow up to become a great military officer, a crown prince who stood at his father's right hand and eventually king of Egypt in his own right, as the great Ramses the second, one of the most remarkable and rightly famous kings in history.
