Since Raw Paws Pet Food's Raw Goats Milk is not pasteurized in order to maintain its healthy bacteria, enzymes, and antibodies that are naturally present in the milk, the milk will separate into a fatty cream layer and a non-fatty liquid layer due to the fat content in the cream demulsifying from the other liquids.
