Fue coguionista de Joven y alocada , película inspirada en su vida, dirigida por Marialy Rivas, que recibió el Premio al mejor guion en el festival de Sundance en 2012. Su libro Joven y alocada fue un éxito de ventas. Además es autora de No te ama (2015) y Ni la música me consuela (2022). She has contributed to various media outlets such as El Sábado magazine, Gatopardo, and The Clinic. She had a podcast called El amor según , with Vicente Gutiérrez. She was the co-writer of Joven y alocada , a film inspired by her life, directed by Marialy Rivas, which won the Best Screenplay Award at the Sundance Festival in 2012.
