The magnet is secured on the grill's cabinet with 2 clips, located on the side of the housing. Installs by simply snapping it into place. To remove old magnet, reach underneath the grill and push in the plastic clips on the side of the housing while pushing the magnet out of the cabinet (from the rear toward to front).
