This is the original manufacture value unbranded value version for ease 1.0 or 2.0 with okin control boxes. This will not work on ease 3.0 or 4.0. If you have the ease 1.0 black with blue writing this will work perfectly. If you have the black with white writing count the legs under your bed. If you have 4 legs its a 2.0 and will work perfectly. If your bed has 6 legs you have the 3.0 or 4.0 with keeson control boxes and will not work THis remote is made by okin the original manufacture of your old remote so it will be the same quailty as the original.
