The first five chapters set the context and foundation for the awesome events and ongoing revelation of Jesus in the last days. With this in mind we need to approach these chapters with care realizing that this is the greatest revelation of the throne of God in all of scripture.A quotation of Jesus would help us understand the importance of these chapters. “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” In The Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ, we get a glimpse in the realms of the spirit as has never been seen before. It shows both sides in conflict at the end of the age and the triumph of Jesus Christ and God.Chapter 4 and 5, show us the action around the throne, and through symbolic representations we see the grouping and attainments possible and their involvement in the end of days. These set the final context for the Day of the Lord.
