Naturally LOW IN SUGAR - Riza’s raw and unfiltered honey is derived from honeydew. Our forest honey has a particularly low sugar content (30% less than the average honey), meaning it will never crystallise. The beehives are placed at an altitude of 400 meters for 30-35 days during August, and as a result of the low humidity and low sugar content, the honey is thick, light in color and it doesn't crystalize. Pine honey produced each August by local families in the forests of Evia island. Flavour: Honey is distinguished by its thickness and creamy texture, along with its nutty and delicate sweetness. It is sustainably extracted with our premier practices, which is why it sustains its many superfood nutritional elements. Prized for its antioxidant properties which help support heart and liver function, and it is rich in nutrients and vitamins that help boost metabolic function. Gluten free, sugar free honey. How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
