Warm Tips:

2. When installing the new cartridges into the printer, the computer may appear alert "Non-Original," please click "Proceed" or "OK" to ignore the prompt. Additional alerts may display when you print or copy - dismiss the warnings accordingly.

3. After new cartridges installed, if streak happens, try to re-align your printer head, then choose your printer cleaning option and this issue would be resolved.
