Charlee Allen, at sixteen, was left alone when a strange man, in a fancy red pickup, drove her mother away. Left in tears after being evicted by their landlord that same day, Charlee had no choice but to put all her possessions in her old, dilapidated Toyota and continually live in it. Finally, with courage, she asked her friend, Bella if she can stay with her and her single mother. Things begin to fall into place until she loses her waitress job she's loved when the owner closes the restaurant for remodeling. Somehow, luck finally found her name when she inherited her Uncle Sam's one-story, rundown beach house. It was hard to make ends meet, now that she had a home to maintain. Searching and searching, Charlee finally gets a job in a bakery and falls for the teen boy who works there. Will Bradley her rescue? Will she be able to run to him for everything she needs?
