This controller automatically adapts to dual-voltage DC power input systems of 12V and 24V. For 12V DC systems, the maximum input voltage is 17V; for 24V systems, the maximum input voltage is 31.5V. The controller operates within an ambient temperature range not exceeding 50°C. If the controller housing temperature becomes excessively high, the compressor will stop to activate over-temperature protection (Recommendation: When ambient temperatures are high, implement forced air cooling for the controller). The controller's power input wires connect directly to the battery's positive and negative terminals. The controller's (-) terminal connects to the battery's negative terminal; the controller's (+) terminal connects to the battery's positive terminal. Failure to do so will prevent the controller from functioning properly. The controller features reverse polarity protection. The temperature switch is connected to the C and T terminals of the controller. If no resistor is connected between them, the compressor operates at 2000 rpm when the temperature switch closes. External Fan: A 12V DC fan can be connected between the controller's (F+) and (F-) terminals. The fan's positive terminal connects to the controller's (F+) terminal, and the negative terminal connects to the controller's (F-) terminal. When the controller's input voltage exceeds 12V, the output voltage between terminals (F+) and (F-) always remains at 12V. Regardless of whether the input voltage system is 12V or 24V, the fan must be a 12V DC fan.
