Installation Method:

 

1. Simply replace the old nozzle with the new one for the glue guns that have never been used before.

 

2. For the glue guns that have been used before, plug in the power and start heating for about one minute, then remove the old nozzle using wrench(DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS IT'S VERY HOT) and replace it with the new one..

Regarding the “trick” to tighten or loosen it, here are our recommendations:

Heat is Key (The most important trick): The secret to changing any glue gun nozzle is to do it while the gun is warm. Residual glue inside the threads acts like a strong adhesive when cold.

To Loosen: Plug the gun in for a few minutes to soften the internal glue. The tip should turn much more easily.

To Tighten: Screw it in until it is snug. Do not over-tighten, as the metal will expand slightly when hot, creating a tight seal naturally.

Tools: Using a set of pliers with silicone protective covers is the best method. If you don’t have covers handy, wrapping a thick rubber band or a piece of leather around the tip before gripping it with pliers also works well to prevent scratches.

Safety Note: Since we recommend adjusting the tip while the gun is warm, please be very careful to avoid burns. We highly recommend wearing heat-resistant gloves during the process.
