Elizabeth Breitweiser is a painter and former art teacher turned Eisner and Harvey Award nominated color artist. She began her career working for Marvel comics where she gained recognition for her colors on THE HULK, CAPTAIN AMERICA, and WINTER SOLDIER. Elizabeth later joined writer Ed Brubaker on his run of critically acclaimed titles FATALE, VELVET, THE FADE OUT, and KILL OR BE KILLED, She is currently working with Robert Kirkman (creator of THE WALKING DEAD) on OUTCAST and on the industry’s top selling title BATMAN. She resides in Little Rock, Arkansas with her illustrator husband Mitch Breitweiser with whom she operates an illustration and creative services business.
