In reality, I just wanted to get home and relax.    I found coloring books were fun to do, but were mostly made for kids or about subjects I'm not interested in. So I began creating my own pages, mixing my love of humor, art, fashion, and photography.    These pages were unique and funny and fun to color. They actually held my attention.   The more I colored, the more I began to notice highlights, shadows, textures and all the things you have to consider when coloring a photo-realistic image.    I began to notice and seek out art in my daily life. I began looking forward to my coloring time after work. I noticed a difference in my mood. I found colors and patterns that I wanted to try on my next page. In short, I began to nourish my creativity.    Sounds silly, but it made a big difference for me and that's why these coloring magazines were created.
