Promise: Seed Needs will never knowingly supply GMO based seed products. The vast majority of our seeds are open pollinated & heirloom, with the exception of a few hybrids. Germination: Seed Needs packets contain some of the freshest seed available. Direct from the growers. If sown correctly, you will begin seeing results in only a matter of days. Freshness: All seeds are packaged in tear resistant and moisture resistant packaging. This keeps the seeds a whole lot fresher than the competitions selection! Grow New England Aster from fresh Aster novae-angliae flower seeds. New England Aster will produce masses of gorgeous pink-purple blooms atop stems that grow 24 to 72 inches tall. Spreading up to 2 to 4 feet wide, it's leaves & foliage are attractive while it's petals are slender and accented with golden yellow centers. Grown as a perennial flowering plant, the New England Aster will establish a deep root system that allows it to return year after year. If temperatures are too harsh, this can cause the plants to die, however new sprouts can emerge from any seeds that fall to the bare ground.
