Carmen Carlisle was born and raised in Canton, Ohio, where she was a server for many years. She moved to Chicago, Illinois in 2007 to pursue her dreams in fashion design. In August of 2010 Carmen graduated with her degree in fashion design, she became a foster parent and an Author. Carmen's goal is to become nationally and internationally known though mentoring and taking care of children, an innovative statement trend in fashion and, from writing an award- winning book. She currently resides in Illinois.
