Steps of Cooking:

1. Mix Shan Chicken White Karahi Mix, green chili paste.
2. Shan ginger paste and yogurt and apply it to the chicken cubes.
3. Marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat oil and add chicken. Stir fry on high heat for 8-10 minutes.
4. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
5. .Add lemon juice, green chilies and green coriander.
