Russ Walsh is a former classroom teacher, reading specialist and curriculum director in school districts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has presented numerous workshops to teachers at conferences across the country and around the world. Russ has served as chair of a number of committees of the International Reading Association and was Poetry Editor for the Reading Instruction Journal. He currently works as the Director of Human Resources and Staff Development for the Montgomery Township Schools in Skillman, NJ.
