Pods grow 3” long and are medium green with a sweet and crisp taste. Plants are 30” tall, and do not require stakes to grow upright. Directly sow seeds in full sun in the spring. After 60-70 days, pods are ready to be harvested off of the plant. They can be used fresh, canned, or frozen for storage.
