Not typically consumed raw, but cooked with foods to bring out their flavor. Often used in Latin American dishes as well as Southeast favorites like pho. Can easily be grown indoors or outdoors. Minimum of 500mg of seed (about 550 seeds). Productive - Culantro germinates in 14-21 days when soil temps are about 80°F. Plant 0” deep and space 8-12” apart in an area with part shade.
