Building on her Spectrum Wars: The Policy and Technology Debates, Manner discusses the evolution of spectrum use and management caused by the rise of 5G-the fifth-generation mobile communication protocol-and subsequent wireless technologies from terrestrial wireless, including mobile and fixed, to non-terrestrial, including satellite and drone technologies. Among her topics are the evolving international spectrum regulatory landscape, an overview of 5G technology, meeting the growing demand for spectrum for 5G for all technologies, and 6G and beyond.
