The child mustn't skip training in the diary, as the intended effect will be achieved through constant reflection. With this section, the parent will assess the daily motivation and engagement in the training process. - Tournament Day- in this section the child can record basic information about the weekend competition. Action Plan section will help your child to solve difficult and stressful situations. Mostly occurs during weekend competitions on the field, at school, among peers, and even at home. While completing this section, the athlete begins a process of so-called imaginal training. This training is part of mental training.
