LS based car and truck engines with starters that use two long bolts. One set of two long starter bolts for all LS based car and truck engines with starters that use two long bolts. These bolts have the knurling near the threads that line the starter up with the block. Bolts without the knurling allow the starter to be misaligned which can cause starter and flywheel problems. We have seen damaged blocks because the starter moved and cracked the blocks.
